2024 Vendor Insurance Application

General Liability Insurance Coverage can be provided for licensees at the State Fair of Louisiana under a master policy. Coverage for concessionaires and exhibitors includes public liability and property damage with a $1,000,000 combined single limit. Products liability is also provided. LIQUOR LIABILITY IS SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. General liability coverage provided conforms with the requirements of the contractual agreement with the State Fair of Louisiana.

If the State Fair of Louisiana does not receive an indication from the concessionaire/exhibitor or their insurance carrier, the State Fair will provide the insurance coverage on a user’s policy which has been established by the Fair. All concessionaires/exhibitors must have insurance coverage no later than September 1 of current year.

In addition, all concessionaires/exhibitors must present proof of WORKMAN COMPENSATION INSURANCE on all workers. This is mandatory for all exhibitors and concessionaires who hire people outside the family to work for them.
