We're thrilled about your interest in joining the fun at the State Fair of Louisiana! If you decide to apply, your application becomes a key part of our excitement, and we've got some friendly details to make the process smooth for you.

Just a heads up, the consideration of your application depends on factors like space availability, required space, and the variety of products being showcased by fellow participants. To complete your application, don't forget to throw in a current photo of your display area or concessions trailer – it's a game-changer for us!

If you get the nod as a vendor, it's super important to commit to being open every day of the Fair. We want to keep the energy alive, so no late admissions or early exits, please! We ask all exhibitors and concessionaires to follow our rules and regulations. Here's the deal: the first violation gets you a friendly written warning, the second brings a $100 fine your way, and the third and final one unfortunately leads to termination/eviction from current and future State Fair of Louisiana activities.

Space Information

$550.00 - Per 10x10 Booth
$600.00 - Per 10x10 Corner Booth

All exhibitors/concessionaires must staff their booths throughout the entire operating hours of the commercial exhibit building. Your compliance is essential for the success of the event. Thank you for your strict adherence.

Season Gate Pass: $20
Season Parking Pass: $20 (*Valid for the entire fair - Preferred Parking)

Insurance Requirements

Reserve your space at the State Fair by opting for RV parking at a fixed cost of $400. This inclusive rate covers your stay from the Monday preceding the opening day to the Wednesday following the fair's closure – spanning three days before the opening to three days after the closing. If you need extra nights, it's hassle-free at just $20 per night. Just specify your RV needs in the application process. Remember, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and all charges are encompassed in your space contract.

Golf Carts / UTV

If you're bringing golf carts or UTVs, a $50 permit fee and proof of insurance required. Kindly note, the Fair reserves the right to ban any golf carts or UTVs to prioritize safety.

RV Parking

Sales Tax

Please be advised that the State Fair of Louisiana will collect sales tax on behalf of the tax department. The combined state and local tax rates amount to 9.05%.
