We, the exhibitor and parent/legal guardian, understand and agrees that the animals are in the exhibitors possession by the date specified above for the related species. Violation of the possession dates will result in disqualification, forfeiture of any premium and will exclude the exhibitor, organized group, or any individual involved from future competition at the State Fair of Louisiana.

We, the exhibitor and parent/legal guardian, understand any DNA sample collected during the State Fair of Louisiana that does not match the submitted nomination sample or contaminated hair samples without follicles attached for said animal will result in disqualification, forfeiture of any premiums and will exclude the exhibitor, organized group or any individual involved from future competition at the State Fair of Louisiana.
